ENTER Calculator is a website that will allow you to estimate what your VCE ENTER score will be.
How do I use it?
Using the subject dropdown box below, add all of the Unit 3+4 subjects you're doing to the "Your Subjects" section. Then, for each subject, enter in an estimated raw study score (study scores are out of 50, with 30 being the average). The script will determine what the study score will scale to (based on 2008 data), add them all together (this is known as the "aggregate") and then calculate what your ENTER score would have been.
Extension study increment
Some Extension Studies (eg. University Maths) do not have a study score, but instead add a set amount (an "increment") to your aggregate. If you are doing one of these subjects, use the "Extension Study Increment" field to choose the increment. Usually, if the average of your percentiles is above 80, you get an increment of 5.5. If the average is from 60–80, you get an increment of 5.0. If the average is less than 60, you get 4.0, and if you do not pass all units, you get 0.
